Your Mind Matters.

My name is Kristi Foster and I am a nurse practitioner. I am dually board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan. During my years in the nursing profession, I have had the incredible privilege of serving children, adolescents and young adults along with their families as they navigate complex health concerns. This work highlighted the substantial need for increased access to mental healthcare resources and created a shift in the direction of my career along the way. Creating access to patient-centered mental healthcare for those in need has become my passion.

Minds Matter Mental Health, PLLC was established with the goal of designing a mental healthcare practice with its foundation in both the science and the art of nursing. Combining the power of human connection with evidence-based practice creates an environment where healing can take place. Mental health is just as important as physical health. When it comes to overall well being, we must always remember how much minds matter.
